Google Ads account suspension appeals

Google Ads suspensions are policy decisions against the account, not individual ads. We work out which policy, fix what the reviewer will check, and prepare one strong appeal.

  • Independent: not affiliated with any platform
  • Confidential from the first message
  • Honest about the odds

Why Google Ads suspends accounts

Common triggers we see in Google Ads cases:

  • Circumventing systems, including links to previously suspended accounts
  • Suspicious payment activity or unpaid balance
  • Misrepresentation or unacceptable business practices
  • Advertiser verification not completed

What your Google Ads notice usually means

“Your account has been suspended”

No ads run. An appeal is available in the account.

Wording varies. Search more phrases in the Suspension Notice Decoder.

The official route

  1. Identify the policy cited and the websites, payment profiles and users linked to the account.
  2. Fix the landing pages, business information and verification gaps first.
  3. Submit the appeal through the account's appeal route or the suspended account form.

Evidence that carries weight

  • Business registration and verification documents
  • Payment card ownership proof
  • Landing page changes and disclosures

What we prepare for your Google Ads case

You receive

  • Written diagnosis of your Google Ads notice and the policy it cites
  • Root cause statement drawn from your own account data
  • Evidence gap list and document consistency check
  • Appeal or Plan of Action text written for the Google Ads reviewer
  • Submission guidance and follow-up reply drafts

What we cannot do

  • Reinstate the account ourselves: only Google Ads can make that decision
  • Supply, edit or source documents, or describe fixes that have not happened
  • Help you open a new account or get around enforcement

04

Protect

Keep the account healthy after the decision and release funds where they are held.

Google Ads reinstatement FAQs

What does circumventing systems mean in practice?

Anything that looks like an attempt to get around enforcement, including new accounts after a suspension. It is one of the harder policies to overturn, so accuracy matters.

Will my Google Ads ads or earnings resume immediately after reinstatement?

Often, but not always. Campaigns, feeds or ad serving may need to be re-enabled and re-reviewed. Earnings linked to invalid activity can remain withheld.

Why should I fix my website before appealing to Google Ads?

Reviewers check what they can see: landing pages, business details, policies and traffic. An appeal that describes fixes not yet live is one of the most common reasons for rejection.

Can an agency or another user's history affect my Google Ads account?

Yes. Shared users, payment methods and domains can link accounts. Suspensions for circumventing systems often come from those links rather than your own ads.

Are you affiliated with Google Ads?

No. We are an independent case preparation service. We have no special access to Google Ads, no internal contacts, and we do not claim otherwise. Every submission goes through the official route Google Ads provides to account holders.

Can you guarantee my Google Ads account will be reinstated?

No one can honestly guarantee a platform decision. What we control is the quality of the diagnosis, the evidence and the written response. We tell you at the review stage if we think the case is weak, and why.

How long does Google Ads take to review an appeal?

Google Ads sets its own review times and they vary with the case type and volume. What we control is preparation: our initial analysis is completed within 24 to 48 hours of intake once we have your notice and documents.

Can I appeal to Google Ads myself instead of using a service?

Yes. Every account holder can use the official route, and our guides explain how. People come to us when the stakes are high, when appeals are limited, or when a first appeal has already been rejected and they need to know what was missing.

What should I send you to start a Google Ads case?

The full notice text, screenshots of the account status, any appeals already sent and the replies, and the records that relate to the issue. Never send passwords or one-time codes: we do not need them.

My Google Ads appeal was already rejected. Is it too late?

Not always. A rejection tells you what the reviewer did not accept. We read it against the original notice and your data to find the gap, and we tell you honestly whether a further submission is worth making.

Will you log in to my Google Ads account?

We prefer not to. New logins from unfamiliar locations can trigger further security flags. You stay in control and submit through your own account while we guide each step.
