We are not affiliated with any platform, and we are not a law firm. Nothing on this website is legal advice.

No guaranteed outcome

Platforms make their own decisions. We do not and cannot guarantee reinstatement, release of funds or any other platform outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
• Submit appeals through your own account and approve every submission.
• Do not ask us to help evade enforcement, alter documents or misrepresent facts. We will end the engagement if you do.

Fees

Scope and fees are confirmed in writing before paid work starts. Fees are for work performed, not for a platform outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for platform decisions, indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from information you did not provide. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Your written engagement letter sets out the specific terms, including governing law, for any paid work.
