Editorial policy
How we write, source, review and update the information on this site.
- Independent: not affiliated with any platform
- Confidential from the first message
- Clear about evidence gaps and limits
Who writes and reviews our content
Pages are written and reviewed by the AccountSuspension.com case team, the same people who prepare client cases.
Each service page, platform page and guide shows a review box with the date the content was last reviewed. Named author profiles will be added once team details are published on the About page.
How we source platform facts
Platform facts such as appeal routes, deadlines and document requirements are taken from the platform's own published help pages and cited on the page.
- We link the official source next to the fact
- We do not publish deadlines or limits we cannot find in an official source
- Where an official page needs a login, we say so and tell you to check the notice itself
- Facts are rechecked at least every 30 days on our main platform hubs
When the updated date changes
The updated date on a page changes only when its content changes, not when we rebuild the site.
Claims we never make
We never claim guaranteed outcomes, inside access or special relationships with any platform.
- No promises about reinstatement, fund release or timelines
- No counters, ratings, reviews or case studies without verifiable evidence and permission
- Illustrative examples are labelled as illustrative; real cases are labelled real and published only with written permission
