Request an assessmentAirbnb removes hosts and guests for safety, trust and policy reasons, sometimes based on screening results, and can deactivate single listings for quality issues. We help you understand the notice and respond on the facts.
Common triggers we see in Airbnb cases:
“Your account has been removed”
The notice explains the category and whether you can ask for a reconsideration.
Wording varies. Search more phrases in the Suspension Notice Decoder.
Airbnb can act on a single listing or on the whole host account. Listings are often suspended or deactivated for quality reasons, such as a pattern of low ratings, host cancellations, or guest reports that the space did not match the listing. They can also be removed over safety concerns, unauthorized parties, local registration or permit requirements, and requests to pay off the platform. A host account suspension usually follows more serious or repeated issues.
The Airbnb host account suspension appeal depends on which of these happened. For a deactivated listing, we review the notice, your ratings and reviews, cancellation history and guest messages, then document what has changed: accurate photos and descriptions, cleaning and check-in processes, house rules and any local registration. Where a listing was removed under local rules, a current registration or permit number usually matters more than any explanation. For a host account suspension we also review screening results and the reasons Airbnb gave. We prepare a documented appeal that you send through Airbnb, and we tell you honestly when the evidence is not strong enough.
Read the notice, the policy it cites and your account data until the real cause is clear.
Build a document pack the platform can verify: nothing padded, nothing altered.
One precise, factual submission through the official route, written to what was asked.
Keep the account healthy after the decision and release funds where they are held.
In the US, the Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you rights to see and dispute consumer reports. Correcting an error at the source strengthens the appeal.
Yes. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act you can get a copy of a consumer report used against you and dispute inaccurate information with the screening company. A corrected report is strong appeal evidence.
Records created at the time: trip or order history, timestamps, delivery photos, GPS data and message logs. They let the reviewer follow what actually happened.
They can. Some cities and states give app-based workers specific deactivation rights. Local driver organizations and legal aid groups can advise on how they apply where you work.
No. We are an independent case preparation service. We have no special access to Airbnb, no internal contacts, and we do not claim otherwise. Every submission goes through the official route Airbnb provides to account holders.
No one can honestly guarantee a platform decision. What we control is the quality of the diagnosis, the evidence and the written response. We tell you at the review stage if we think the case is weak, and why.
Airbnb sets its own review times and they vary with the case type and volume. What we control is preparation: our initial analysis is completed within 24 to 48 hours of intake once we have your notice and documents.
Yes. Every account holder can use the official route, and our guides explain how. People come to us when the stakes are high, when appeals are limited, or when a first appeal has already been rejected and they need to know what was missing.
The full notice text, screenshots of the account status, any appeals already sent and the replies, and the records that relate to the issue. Never send passwords or one-time codes: we do not need them.
Not always. A rejection tells you what the reviewer did not accept. We read it against the original notice and your data to find the gap, and we tell you honestly whether a further submission is worth making.
We prefer not to. New logins from unfamiliar locations can trigger further security flags. You stay in control and submit through your own account while we guide each step.
