We may collect contact information, the platform or vendor name, account type, account status, suspension notices, case history and documents voluntarily submitted for an enquiry.
Guided service assistant
The chatbot asks for your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and requested service before opening the guided conversation. When submitted, these details are emailed to Account Suspension so we can identify and respond to the enquiry. The chatbot does not store this personal information in browser local storage. Do not enter passwords, authentication codes, private keys or complete payment-card information.
